Danny Lee, PGA, Joins Chequamegon Bay Golf Club as Head Golf Professional

Chequamegon Bay Golf Club is proud to welcome Danny Lee, PGA, as its new Head Golf Professional. With over 23 years of experience in golf operations at top clubs across the country, Danny brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and leadership to the historic course as it celebrates its 100th anniversary. A graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Agribusiness with an emphasis in Golf Management, he combines strategic expertise with a deep passion for the game. A Class A Certified PGA Professional, Danny has a proven track record of developing successful junior golf programs, organizing premier tournaments, and enhancing overall club operations. He is known for fostering an inclusive and welcoming golf community.

Danny previously served as the Head Golf Professional at Ridgeview Country Club in Duluth, MN and is eager to begin this exciting new chapter at Chequamegon Bay Golf Club. As the club reaches its centennial milestone, he looks forward to honoring its rich golfing tradition while introducing innovative programs to enhance the member and guest experience. His hands-on leadership style and dedication to growing the game make him a perfect fit for the club’s future.

Outside of golf, Danny enjoys spending time with his wife, Grace Brown, a Boarded Certified Veterinary Dentist, and their 2-year old daughter, Olivia. Originally from Arizona, the family has embraced life in the Northland and looks forward to becoming active members of the community. Danny is excited to meet members and guests, enhance the golf experience, and help shape the next era of Chequamegon Bay Golf Club.
